Agency Services
We provide agency services to numerous solicitor's firms who do not have a practice within Northern Ireland. We also have correspondence throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland registering judgements under the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgements Act 1982.
Commercial Clients

Asset and share sales and purchases

Banking
Banking assurance in preparation for facility letters, inter-lender
agreements, priority agreements, subordination agreements, preparing and
????????? all manner of security and securitisation and enforcement of

Employment law
All aspects of advice and preparation of employment and services contracts,
policies and procedures, discipline, absenteeism, performance, maternity,
parental leave, redundancy, discrimination, harassment, dismissals,
transfers of undertakings and industrial tribunal hearings.
Insolvency
Advising creditors on insolvency including petitions for bankruptcy against
individuals and for winding up and administration against companies and
partnerships.
Land and Property
All aspects of sales and purchases including vetting of title, planning and
building control matters, collateral warranties and certifying title for
lending institutions.
Leases
Advice on, and preparation of, long-term, short-term and statutory
protection under Business Finances legislation.
Mortgage repossessions
Recovery
Recovery of receivables for primary creditors and for assignees including
all categories of proceedings for enforcement of judgements under the
Enforcement of Judgements (NI) Order 1981 and the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Prompt service and advice given to clients, together with pre-instruction estimate of costs, outlay and stamp duty for

Elderly Client
Should a home visit be necessary, this can be easily arranged by prior appointment. Advice in respect of:
- legal rights, duties and needs of elderly clients;
- Powers of attorney (general and enduring), appointment of controllers, housing, residential and nursing care advice, testamentary provision.

- effect of changes in employment conditions, breaches of terms of employment, disciplinary matters, redundancy, discrimination, harassment and all industrial tribunal proceedings.
